For the ancient Taoist sages sex was always linked to health, not morality, as they considered sex to be a serious science that should be studied and understood like any other branch of medicine. Taoist sexual practices, also called “bedroom arts”, are a tradition more than 5,000 years old whose objective is, among others, to contribute to improve the health of those who practice them.
According to Taoist wisdom, female ejaculation is a physical manifestation of the activation of female sexual energy. In the ancient Taoist texts we can find mentions of the “3 mysterious gates” and the “3 sacred waters”. These 3 gates correspond to the clitoris, the G-spot and the cervix and the 3 waters correspond to the 3 types of ejaculation that occur when these areas of the female body are stimulated.
Taoists explain that this process of opening the 3 doors must be done with love and that it is necessary to do it sequentially, one by one, starting with the first door to be able to open the second and then the third.

Furthermore, according to them, the relationship between a woman’s heart and her Yoni (vagina) is very strong, and that is why the more open the heart is, the more orgasms, ejaculation and pleasure the woman will be able to have. Therefore, in the “Taoist bedroom arts” it is considered that foreplay (kisses, caresses, licks, massages, etc.) are essential, especially in areas such as the neck, nipples or thighs, and that the stimulation of a woman’s erogenous zones should be done with love, time and patience.
The first door, the clitoris, has about 8,000 nerve receptors, and a gentle and patient stimulation will generate the clitoral orgasm and the release of the first water (produced by the paraurethra and the skene gland), which is clear in appearance. The use of lubrication produced by arousal is considered better than saliva or artificial lubricants to stimulate the clitoris. In addition, this water helps to lubricate the vagina for subsequent penetration.

Once the clitoral orgasm has occurred, the second door can be opened, by patient stimulation of the G-spot (Goddess spot) on the upper wall of the vagina. This firm, gentle, soft and loving stimulation triggers the release of the second water.
Once the woman has experienced vaginal orgasm (or several of them), the third door is ready to be opened, by stimulating the area in front of the cervix (around the cervix there are many erotogenic points), which can provoke a deep sensation of uterine orgasm, which can be followed by the release of the third water, which is a viscous and dense liquid.
This whole gradual process allows the woman to have multiple orgasms (with valley orgasms increasing in intensity).

For Taoism, the opening of these 3 gates is a very powerful experience for both lovers, in addition to the multiple benefits for health and for life in general. As Mantak Chia explains in his bestseller “The Multi-Orgasmic Couple”, sexual energy, or Ching, “is an essential part of our total physical energy, called chi. People who are in touch with their sexual energy will have more energy to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals.”
